Auntie Anna Adventures
First of all, ‘scuse me for my long absence from my blog. I let mama, also my social media director, do a vacation. When she got back, she had to do “real work” (insert eye roll here) and couldn’t tell my story. I mean, I am a smart doggo, but typing is still a challenge. She finally has time for me – it’s rough being so neglected – so I am telling her all about my Auntie Anna Adventures now!
Lukie and me – we wanted for nothing while our mamas were gone. In fact, da very first night Auntie Anna was here, she took me for pepperonis! I gotted to meet her Daddy and her Nana and got so many pets and loves…and pepperonis, of course.
Auntie Anna came home with leftovers, so I got more pepperonis da next day. Luke was missing his mama, so he cried some, but he got pepperonis too and that helped.
Auntie Anna spent bunches of time with us outside. She met our next-door doggo, Thea, and we showed her how we play with her through the fence.
We did fun things outside like search the trees for pesky squirrels…
…found walnuts and cracked them open and digged holes…
…and our most skilled activity: synchronized pooping….
We love to play outside in da yard. So many good sniffs! It makes my Lukie da happiest of all da bageldors.
One day, Auntie Anna tooked me to a farm. I met chickens (not a fan!), cows (they’s a little big for me!), and PIGGIES, which I loved! Da piggies snort like me. Or I snort like da piggies, not sure which. Dey were my favorite! I liked da farm so much I even smiled in the car!
At night-night time, I was so sleepy, I had to rest on da couch.
Auntie Anna does school too, but her school doesn’t sound fun like mine. She has to do schoolwork at home! Hoomans are so silly. When I get home from school, all I do is sleepies. It’s OK. We helped her not be sad about schoolwork by giving her grins.
At sleepy time, we waited for Auntie Anna patiently in da bed while she did da washy-da-face, brushy-da-teeth thing like mama does.
In da mornings, Auntie Anna did snuggles just like mama!
Auntie Anna took special time to be sure me and Lukie got plenty of loves. She gave us hugs and shared her snacks too.
At the end of the week, we had bunches of funs, but we were ready for our mamas to come home. When Auntie Anna told us dey was coming home, we watched out da window for dem.
We heard Auntie Anna is coming to stay with us again in May and we’re so excited! I couldn’t let her leave without plenty of kissies to remind her that we love her and we’ll miss her. Until next time!
