Back to School!

Two weeks ago, I went to see da doctor-lady ‘cause I was havin’ problems with my bum. Since I had so many bum problems when I was rescued, mama wanted the doc to check out my hind end and make sure everything was still where it was supposed to be. My bum-bum was all good, but doctor-lady found a lump on my hip that she didn’t like. Mama was scared it was a bad bump she called “cancer”, so doctor-lady made me do sleepies and took da bump away. When I woke up, I was a Frankendog!

I got extra-special loves at the doctor-lady’s place and at home with mama and auntie though so that was cool. What wasn’t cool is I had to stay home from school for more than two whole weeks!

My hooman friends at Dog Culture missed me so much they made me a present. Mama made me share the t-r-e-a-t-s with my cousin Luke. (I don’t know why she spells “treats”; I am smart, and I can spell too.)

Then mama’s work friend’s little girl gotted me a present too! I love to be loved. ‘Cause I’m lovable like that.

Today I am writing because I GOT TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL!! Like da old days, I was a little nervous going back in. Would my furiends still ‘member me after being gone so long? Would they want to play with a former Frankendog? Would da other doggos make fun of my scar? All these thoughts ran through my big fat head. When I got there Megan-Owner was SO happy to see me though. She got on the floor and I got to do kissies and show her how much I missed her with my happy tail. Den I ‘membered that everyone loves me, and I should show everyone how much I love them too!

I had da bestest day at school today! I am so happy to be back and can’t wait to go again on da Tuesday with my cousin #lukethebageldor! Mama calls us da “Trouble Twins”. Not sure why, ‘cause we is innocent, obvs.
